Allene (Lene) Madestam

Bio

I’m a people person with weird brain looking for employment at a small company with big aspirations. I was born in Detroit, Michigan and have the work-ethic to prove it. After graduating online high school a term early, I studied abroad at a folkhögskola in Jönköping before attending the North Park University School of Music and Arts.

Realizing that earning a degree in Music and Theology was going to inevitably lead to a career in teaching music (and knowing that I would be the worst music teacher in the history of the world) I transfered to pursuing a degree in Global Studies.

After graduating, I left my amazing start-up job in Chicago to move to Sweden in 2016. Through hard work and an immeasurable amount of grace and luck, I have cobbled together a career as a digital designer.
